1. strictly no cancellation once oc is sent. before claiming, make sure that you are 100% sure; please make a firm decision first before claiming. you will still have to pay for the items even if you wish to cancel it.
2. pasalo slots are accepted. if you really wish to cancel your order/s, one way to compensate for it rather than paying for the fees is to find someone to "salo" your order.
3. follow the given timeframe for payments. the dop is stated on the claiming tweet. thus, it is understood that the buyer fully understood and abide by the date and time of the payment. a P50 late payment fee will be added each day, reflecting every 00:00. this includes the sf and pf. failure to pay on the given timeframe as well as refusing to pay the late payment fee will automatically cancel the transaction and will result for the buyer to be tagged as joy miner/reserver.
4. once the order has been shipped, the seller is not liable for the loss and damages. i will not be liable for the loss and damage on your order once it has been shipped. i will be sending a photo of your packed orders to assure you that they are packed safely and securely. also, i will be sending photoproofs and condis of the photocards before packing to sure buyers. conditions of the pcs are in mint condition unless stated in the claiming tweet.
5. no raw unboxing video = NO REFUND. i highly encourage you to film a RAW unboxing video of your item/claim from me just in case of mishaps such as incomplete items or missing items. however, as stated in clause 4, i will not be liable if the damages or losses are caused by the courier.
6. i am entitled to cancel the transaction once the buyer is rude, impatient, and skeptical.

packing information:
ꕤ base packing fee for photocards is P25. this includes a sandwich chipboard, 1 toploader that fits 2 photocards at most, bubblewrap, and bubble mailer/corrugated box.
ꕤ additional toploader = P7 each
ꕤ base packing fee for an album order is P30. this includes a bubblewrap and a corrugated box depending on the size and amount of the album.
